FAQ
Can I book a one hour session?
Not really, it takes about 20 mins to set your session up, we recommend at least 2 1/2 hours although most sessions run for 4 hours or more.
How much notice do I need to give?
We like to have at least 24 hours notice as the studio is in constant use for clients and in-house work.
Can I set my drum kit up ?
Unfortunately no, we do not have a live recording room, however we can record small percussion instrument.
How about guitars?
Oh yes, we love guitars, you could even bring your own favorite guitar amp and speaker
Is there parking & local shops near by?
Yes there is free parking outside our property, and you will find lots ot local food shops and a cafe. A Tesco Express supermarket is half a mile away and Sutton main high street with most well known stores and banks less than a mile.
How do i pay and is there a cancellation fee?
We prefer you to pay for your session in advance, payments are processed by Pay Pal who except all major credit cards inc. American Express. Unfortunately there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your session if you cancel with-in 24 hours of your session starting. If you cancel before that you will get a full refund.
